The manufacturer has an agent or maintenance organization in China to provide long-term maintenance service for the product. The equipment recommended by the bidder should be mature and reliable, and there must be more than 1 OHCV sales records of the same type of equipment since January 2018, and the user has a good response (the bidder needs to provide contract or order performance proof data). (2) Once winning the bid, the bidder must be the contracting party that has signed the project contract with the tenderer. If the bidder does not have the ability to sign a contract with the tenderer, his bid will be rejected. (Note: In the bidding, who must bid, who won the bid, who signed the contract, can not A bid, B signed the contract.)
